Diamondback Fitness manufactures quality indoor exercise equipment to precise standards for dedicated fitness enthusiasts. We sell our products through an extensive dealer network throughout the U.S. and Canada.

 

We sell our products through fitness dealers because Diamondback Fitness equipment is made for dedicated enthusiasts. Proper demonstration and explanation of our products can require trained fitness professionals. Professional installation and set up can be essential for proper operation and performance, we authorize only well qualified dealers who offer this expertise.

 

In the event a Diamondback Fitness product needs service, only authorized dealers and/or authorized service providers may perform this function. Diamondback’s warranty infrastructure is set up to support our authorized dealer network. We provide our dealers technical and parts support.


We recognize the value of the Internet to help educate the consumer and to act as a marketing tool for Diamondback Fitness dealers. We are also aware that there can be unauthorized entities on the Internet that claim to be Diamondback Fitness dealers in good standing, but in fact are not. Since we cannot verify the origin or the condition of machines not purchased through our approved authorized dealer network, nor can we assure the consumer of product authenticity . We will not warranty those products purchased through unauthorized dealers.
