Customer Service

Our Customer Service team members are working remotely and are available for phone orders, support or questions at 1-385-255-9025. They are also available for support or questions by email at 

Customer Service is available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm (Mountain).

Online Ordering

There has been no interruption or delays in accepting orders on any in stock products. Sign up for email notifications for any out of stock items and be alerted whenever inventory returns. Any back in stock date posted is an estimate and therefore not guaranteed. Quantities will be limited and will be available on a first come first served basis. 

Shipping Timeframes

Due to unprecedented demand for home gym fitness equipment and social distancing protocols caused by COVID-19, we are experiencing minor delays in processing orders. Please allow up to four business days to process your order. Shipping times can range from 7-14 business days via our third party freight carriers. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation.* Shipping delays caused by local disruptions are possible.
