Buying an exercise machine sight unseen can cause some concern. That’s why we offer our 30-day money back guarantee from the day your product is delivered so that you know you can return it should it not meet your expectations.
To return a product, please call us from Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm (MT) at 1 (385) 255-9025 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back.
We reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product.
Any product defect must be recorded within the first 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit or refund. Outside of the first 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product's warranty.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if their order is canceled within 3 business days and has already shipped from the warehouse.
All products must be disassembled and returned in the original box or comparable packaging. The product must be in new condition, and if possible, on a pallet.
If the returned product is not disassembled, in proper packaging, or in new condition a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited.
If you decide to return your item for any reason after setting it up and using it, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase.
Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready as you will be required to provide an order number and other information as proof of purchase.
If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions.
If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
All Parts order sales are final and are not eligible for return. All refunds will be less shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred both directions.
