If you purchased from diamondbackfitness.com and are not fully satisfied with your Diamondback Fitness machine for any reason, you can return it within in the first 30-days after purchase and receive a refund. You will only be responsible for return shipping and any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase.
Diamondback Fitness reserves the right to replace or repair any defective product. Any product defect must be recorded within the first 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement unit or full refund. Outside of the first 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product's warranty.
To return a product, please call us from Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm (MT) at 1 (385) 255-9025 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any assembly labor charges you may have elected to purchase.
Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready as you will be required to provide an order number and other information as proof of purchase.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. All products must be in original packaging and in new condition, on a pallet.
If the returned product is not in original packaging, new condition or on a pallet, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the remaining balance to be credited.
If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred, both directions.
If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
All Parts order sales are final and are not eligible for return. All refunds will be less shipping, freight, and handling costs incurred both directions.
