Shipping Policy

Free shipping* is limited to the 48 contiguous United States excluding Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations. We do not ship to Canada or Mexico. 

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can be arranged by calling our customer service department at 1-385-255-9025 Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm (Mountain). Additional shipping charges will apply.

How It Works

  • Holiday Season Update: Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items are shipped within 5 business days due to elevated order volumes.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the details of your shipment including the freight carrier's name, contact information, and tracking number.

  • Most orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days within the Contiguous United States.

  • In advance of delivering your machine, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery.

  • Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.

  • Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends and will not ship certain products into protected areas.

  • Your shipment leaves our dock in perfect condition. Upon arrival, please inspect for damage and incorrect quantity before signing.

  • Any damage to contents should be noted on the bill of lading for a claim against the carrier. Failure to properly inspect your shipment before signing off limits our liability as well as the freight carrier's liability.

  • On items over 150 lbs., your item will be delivered curbside, meaning to the end of your driveway, by an LTL freight carrier. Your machine will arrive in an oversized box that is banded to a pallet.

  • On items under 150 lbs., your item will be delivered to the front of your residence by either UPS or FedEx.

  • Delivery drivers do not assemble or help bring the product into your home or up any stairs.

  • If a product requires shipment, delivery, or transport to an area that is not within a Diamondback Fitness distribution area, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to pay any fees associated with the servicing of that product.

  • Certain remote and difficult delivery locations within the United States may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you after purchase if this applies to your order to discuss options.

  • Refused shipments and all orders canceled after the product has shipped will be subject to return freight charges. Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, your refund will be issued minus the actual cost of return shipping.
